Kratak opis:

Konsultanti sa adekvatnim iskustvom su pozvani da predaju dokumentaciju za predkvalifikacionu fazu izbora konsultantskih usluga za sprovođenje Projekta. Projekat obuhvata energetsku sanaciju/rekonstrukciju i modernizaciju VMA bolnice u Beogradu.

Konsultant će delovati kao Kancelarija za upravljanje projektima (PMO). PMO će biti odgovoran za pripremu, upravljanje projektom, koordinaciju i nadzor radova, opreme i usluga VMA projekta. Upravljaće i kontrolisati celokupni proces planiranja i implementacije projekata, kao i podugovarati i administrirati podizvođače za radove i usluge na projektu. Konsultant će imati ulogu FIDIC inženjera.

Short description:

Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The project comprises the energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of VMA hospital in Belgrade.

The Consultant shall act as Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO respectively the PMO Agent shall be responsible for preparation, project management, coordination and supervision of works, supplies and services of the VMA Project. It shall manage and control the overall project planning and implementation process as well as subcontract and administer sub-consultants for future components. The Consultant will fulfill the role of a FIDIC Engineer.
